Before Training

Deer in headlights

Defensive tone, rambling answers, visible panic. The clip goes viral for all the wrong reasons.

After training

Calm, clear, controlled

Composed messaging, bridging techniques, empathetic delivery. The story moves on.
The Challenge

Crisis readiness isn't optional

Boards need to demonstrate preparedness. Your people need the skills to deliver under pressure.

The governance requirement

Audit committees, insurers and ESG frameworks increasingly expect demonstrable crisis preparedness at board level.

The readiness gap

Most leadership teams have never faced hostile media scrutiny. When it happens, they often freeze, over-share, or go silent - making the situation worse.

The reputational cost

One poorly-handled interview becomes the case study. Share price impact. Investor confidence. Analyst downgrades. The damage compounds.

FAQs

Be ready before the next headline.

How quickly can you respond to an active crisis?

We operate a 24 hour rapid response service for existing clients. For video content, we can have a CEO statement filmed, edited, and ready for distribution within one business day.

Do you handle media relations during a crisis?

We focus on content creation and messaging rather than media relations. However, we work seamlessly alongside your existing PR agency or in house team to ensure all communications are aligned and consistent.

What does media training involve?

Our media training prepares executives for broadcast interviews, investor calls, and press conferences. We run realistic simulations, coach on body language and messaging discipline, and help spokespeople handle hostile questioning with confidence.

Can you help with internal communications during a crisis?

Yes. Employees are stakeholders too. We create internal video messages and communication materials that keep your team informed and aligned with external messaging.

Do you provide ongoing retainer services?

We offer both project based work and retainer arrangements. Retainer clients benefit from faster response times, pre agreed rate cards, and regular crisis preparedness reviews.
